Dear Critter Control, I had to write and let you know that I am very grateful for your service! I called your office on Christmas Eve with just a general question about an animal noise I heard in my wall. Steve promptly returned my call however I was unable to answer at the time. When I called the office a few days later, the gentleman that answered (Ian), was a breathe of fresh air to me! I was pretty anxious about the noises I heard and he was very kind, compassionate, informative, professional, and most of all, patient with me! The technician arrived to do the inspection and what a wonderful employee you have in him as well! He too was very kind, compassionate, informative, professional, and again, patient with me. He did a thorough inspection, explained things, educated me a bit and now I have a little more peace about it all! Thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your knowledge and your service.
